PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - PRIVACY INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART.13 REG.UE 6 79/2016

In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016 regarding the protection of personal data, in particular by article 13 of the same, with this information the company My Strike Gadget – as Data Controller – communicates that this information is valid for the website https://mystrikegadget/ which will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency and the additional principles referred to in Article 5 of EU Reg. 679 /2016.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

The data is processed on the basis of consent.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

COLLECTED DATA

The data is stored in paper, computerized and telematic archives and the security measures provided for by the TU (Privacy Consolidation Act 196/2013) and the obligations in this sense provided for by the GDPR (European Regulation n.679/2016) are ensured.

20090 Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI), Data Controller, as well as will be stored on servers in the territory of countries belonging to the European Union (EU) – ARUBA Spa, with registered office in Via San Clemente, 53 – 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG) https ://www.aruba.it/informativa_arubaspa.pdf .
Personal data is processed directly by My Strike Gadget (Data Controller) and possibly through its representatives, external managers, in charge of site management and marketing activities equipped with a specific contractual assignment and equipped with the required skills in terms of privacy and rights of the interested parties.
The list of any managers and/or persons in charge of processing is available at the request of site users.

COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION

Personal data will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with third parties, unless the communication is necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, except in cases in which the interested party gives express authorization and in the cases provided for by the laws and regulations in force.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party will be able to assert his rights as expressed by the articles 7, 8, 9, 10 and 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, and by articles 13, 14 of the GDPR (European Regulation n.679/2016), by contacting the data controller.
In particular, the interested party will be able to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification details of the owner and when designated, of the internal and/or external data processors and of the data protection managers (DPO) as well as those of any designated appointees or representatives;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed (minimisation);
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication;
c) the interested party can re-read the information at any time and possibly modify the previously provided consents, check and/or modify the status of the active services and possibly request additional services;
d) to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

STORAGE TIME

The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes, except for the right of opposition to the treatment freely exercisable by the user.
Once the time necessary to fulfill the collection and processing purposes has elapsed, the data may be processed and stored for a further 12 months in order to conclude the accounting and administrative procedures required by law.
For tax purposes, the retention of only the data collected in this sense, the retention time is that provided for by current legislation on tax matters, from time to time.
